Printing custom beads is a manual process that is done by hand. Imperfections should be expected. It is possible that your image may not print exactly square or even on the beads. Tolerance +/- 0.625" shift can happen during printing. Printing round logos, the shift will be more noticable.

THE QUANTITY YOU ENTER IN THE BOX WHEN YOU UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE(S) MUST MATCH THE QUANTITY YOU ARE PURCHASING. (If you order 1, but enter a larger number to print, we only print the quantity you pay for)

1. Select the quantity for the total amount of beads for all images you are ordering. 

2. Upload all of your images at the same time to our site by clicking on the choose image button, and select the images from your computer. You must upload images all of the images together before you will be able to add the item to your cart.

3. Enter the quantity you would like printed for each image in the quantity of beads to be printed for this image box, under the image shown. Please make sure the quantity you enter matches the quantity you have ordered.

You must fill out the quantity for each image before you will be able to add the item to your cart.

4. Click add to cart, once all of the required information has been filled out. 

SIMPLE IMAGES WORK BEST. We cannot guarantee that complex designs with fine details or designs with wording will print clear & legible. IT IS TO YOUR BENEFIT TO FULLY READ THE INFORMATION BELOW AND REVIEW THE IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES PHOTO. If you are unsure if your image will work for this process, PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDERING. Once you place an order, we print the image provided, even if you submit an image that does not follow our guidelines. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMAGE(S) PROVIDED. We do not know how well your image will print prior to printing your beads.

We do not recommend choosing designs with intricate details, small wording, very thin, script or complex detailed fonts. We cannot guarantee that the image you supply will print perfectly clear. Small wording does not always print legible. 

The quality of your custom printed beads greatly depends on the image chosen. Beads are printed and color variation can happen. We cannot guarantee that reprint orders will match exactly to previous orders. Color variation between orders should be expected. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on screen will match the printed bead. Color variation should be expected. 

Customer accepts all responsibility for images provided to us & is authorized to reproduce images provided.

If you do not already have an image, search google for images using your keyword. We can accept any file type (jpg, png, tif, eps, pdf, svg) you have. Images with backgrounds or watermarks cannot be used. 

Beads may have slight printing imperfections due to manufacturing and the printing process. For example, one side of the bead may print clearer than the other, a slightly different shade or a corner of the design may be slightly fuzzy or stretched. Small wording may not always print clear due to limitations of the printer. Printed size of image will vary depending on your design. Please understand, before placing an order, there will be imperfections. This is due to the printing process used for custom printed beads. Printing may vary from bead to bead. 

Images with colored backgrounds or watermarks cannot be printed. If you provide us with an image with a colored background or watermark, we print your image AS IS. We do not guarantee the quality of printing if our guidelines are not followed.
