Our wholesale packs (20, 50 or 100 beads) are made to order.
The factory requires 3-4 weeks for production.

Custom printed beads require approximately 4-6 weeks for production.
Lead time can vary depending on our current order volume.

Please be aware of this required production time before ordering.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WHOLESALE OR CUSTOM PRINTED BEADS.

All printed & patterned beads will have a seam where the 2 sides of the pattern meet & may not line up exactly with each other. This is how these beads are manufactured and variations in the pattern or seaming should be expected.

The factory cannot guarantee the exact color or print quality from order to order. Please use the photos as a reference only. Color & print variation should be expected. New orders may not match exactly (print size, print quality, color, etc) to beads purchased from us previously. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE BEADS IF A NEW ORDER DOES NOT MATCH TO PREVIOUS BEADS ORDERED.
