I have been searching for a particular style of bead. Can I send you a photo? Can you locate it for me?
Yes! We love helping our customers find beads they have been searching for. The best way for us to help you find the beads you are in search of is to email us photos of the beads. We have strong relationships with many different suppliers who can locate the beads or produce them for you. Please provide us with sizing and color information with your requests and we will do our best to bring the beads to you. With any custom order, a minimum purchase per style of bead will be required which will be quoted at time of order.

Do you offer wholesale beads?
Yes. Each listing shows the bulk/wholesale packs that we offer. If you are looking for a larger quantity than what is listed, please email us with your requests.

Do you have a brick & mortar retail store?
No, we do not. Bubblegum Beads AZ is an online shop only.

Where are you located?
We are located in Arizona.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you choose to pay by e-check through PayPal, there will be additional time required for your e-check to clear before your order will ship.

What is your return policy? How long do I have to return an item?
IMPORTANT! Please contact us before returning any items to receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at your cost. 

We do not accept returns on special order, bulk or sale items. All sales are final, no exceptions.

We are committed to providing you with the best quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in pristine quality, at your cost, and we will gladly refund your purchase price once the return is received. We do not refund any shipping or handling costs.

To receive your refund, the item must be returned to Bubblegum Beads AZ within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days. We must receive the return in perfect condition. This requires you to use bubble wrap, and a bubble mailer or box for your return. Also it is required that you purchase a tracking number for the returned package. Bubblegum Beads AZ is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages caused by the postal service. Any damaged items due to improper packing, will be at the cost of the buyer, and refunds will not be given for the damaged return. In the case of returning non-returnable items, the package will be returned to the sender. We DO NOT accept returns on special order, bulk items or sale items. 

Do you offer a newsletter?
Yes. We offer a monthly newsletter that is automatically sent to our registered customers. Our newsletter will contain special coupons, information about out newest beads and great tips about jewelry and crafts. Bubblegum Beads AZ will never spam you and you may opt-out of the newsletter at any time.

Do your beads go on sale?
Yes. From time to time we have sales on some of our beads. Sales are subject to change without notice. We also offer coupon codes in our newsletter for a percentage off your entire purchase each month. Register with us and automatically receive our newsletter for our exclusive members only sales!

I would like to place my order over the phone. Do you have a phone number where I can reach you at?
We're sorry, all orders must be placed online. We do not have representatives to take phone calls. We will be happy to answer all your questions by contacting us at the contact us link found at the top of the page to send us a message. All emails are answered promptly within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam or junk mail folder as our message may have been flagged as spam depending on your mailbox settings. Or please email us again, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

How can I view the status of my order?
Click the My Account icon at the top right of the page then log in with your email address and password. From there you can select the specific order and view the details.

What is the cost to ship my order?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Enter your zip code for an estimated shipping cost. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

How often do you get new beads in?
Our inventory is always growing. We have many new beads at all times just waiting to be listed on our site. Please check back frequently as we are always adding new beads daily.

How many beads are sold per bag?
You can select the package size. For each style of bead, there are several options to choose from. For example, 2 beads, 5 beads, 10 beads, and bulk packs of 50 or 100 beads. Make the selection then add the items to your cart.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

How often do you ship orders?
We ship out orders every day except weekends and holidays. Packages to the U.S. will ship via USPS First Class and normally arrive within 6-10 business days of receipt of payment (sometimes sooner).

If you need your order U.S. order to arrive sooner than 6-10 business days, we suggest upgrading your shipping method to USPS Priority. Please use this only as a guideline as your order may arrive sooner or later than stated.


How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
This depends greatly on a number of factors. Here are some guidelines to follow.

The following information is based on services provided by the USPS and the Postal Service in your country, not Bubblegum Beads AZ. We cannot control the length of time it takes the postal service to deliver your package.

These times are only to be used as a guideline, as many factors, which are out of our control, can delay your package from arriving in these times. If you need your beads in a hurry, we would suggest choosing the Priority Mail or Express Mail option. We have no control over how long it takes for you to receive your package once your package leaves our hands. Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping within the U.S.:
- First Class - 6-10+ business days
- Priority - 5-7 business days
- Express - 1-2 business days

International - These time vary greatly depending on the destination country. If your package is held up in customs, there will be additional delays which will greatly alter these estimated times:
- First Class - 20-60+ business days
- Priority - 10-30 business days
- Express - 5-8 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ONLY: If customs chooses to inspect your package, your package will be delayed. Customs chooses to inspect packages randomly, so unexpected delays can occur if your package has been chosen for inspection. ALL FIRST CLASS international shipping is at your own risk. If you choose first class as your shipping method, we will not offer refunds and/or replacements for lost packages due to the USPS failing to delivery your package. Choosing International First Class mail, you agree and understand that Bubblegum Beads AZ is not responsible for lost package or for services provided by the postal system. We have no control over how long the postal system takes to deliver your package, or if customs chooses to inspect your package. International first class mail can take upwards of 60+ days to arrive. Please be aware of this when choosing your shipping method. We highly recommend choosing Priority mail for safer and quicker delivery. Packages sent via first class mail can take a very long time to reach its destination. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive when First Class Mail has been purchased. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method. Paying any duty taxes (if required by country) on the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. The full value of your order is put on the customs form on the package. Please do not ask us to put a lesser value on the package.

International orders require special handling and processing at the Post Office. Therefore, we only ship out international orders once a week.

A bead I received is broken or missing. Can I get a replacement?
In the rare chance that the beads you receive arrive damaged, defective or missing, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of receiving your package at bubblegumbeadsAZ@gmail.com and send a photo of the item. We will address damaged or defective merchandise on a case by case basis and work with you to solve any issues. If the total cost of the damaged beads is less than the cost to reship the items, a refund for the damaged item will be given, or the item can be reshipped with a future order. Sorry, we cannot reship items that the shipping cost is more than the item itself. This policy is at the sole discretion of Bubblegum Beads AZ. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you do not put a claim in with us within 3 business days of receipt of delivery, we cannot offer any refunds, replacements, or returns on damaged, defective or missing merchandise. It is in your best interest to contact us immediately to inform us of any problems.

Is my information safe with Bubblegum Beads AZ?
Please know that Bubblegum Beads AZ never has access to any of your personal banking or credit card information. When you complete a transaction with us, all of your information is encrypted.

If you are interested in a particular color of bead not currently pictured on our site, please email us and let us know. We may be able to order it for you. The photos of the colors available may vary from the actual product received. Please use the photos for a reference for color only. All the beads are dyed and the factory cannot guarantee the exact shade of the color from dye lot to dye lot.
